Hello Basheer, The live weather is a paid feature. You can buy the standalone one for a few dollars in order to support the app and cover back end costs. If you already purchased it and are still unable to turn it on, please let me know and I'll find a solution :) Have a great day!
very bad app ❗❗

Probably the best live wallpaper app I have ever come across in my life. It is so much fun watching the wallpaper move as you move and plus it has tons of good features. Would recommend it to everyone who has a little itch in his head to be different.
ok
Awesome wall paper app, I like the simple atheistic and chill vibe. Great to have dynamic weather depending on location and season. Also shout out to the developer, super friendly and quick to respond to push out a fix :)
