doesn't work couldn't even create account to start using it.

information regularly inaccurate, my body temp can't be 1400.00! no explanation as to what the info means. Cannot follow steps by the hour or activity. if you are connected by Bluetooth to your headphones, you cannot track your workout, it still counts steps but won't log a workout. After about 6 weeks, the sleep function has quit working completely. I get no answers from support. Better than nothing but not much. it's the only app that works with my ring so I guess I'm stuck...

This app is not working on my Samsung s25 ultra. It will not even let me get past a login. I do get the verification code via email for registration but when I type it in I do not get an option for setting up a password..... I need to send my ring back since it is worthless without the app....

The ring is not capturing the sleep data. i have updated the firmware and still the same. this is due to the ring being programmed as per Chinese times. if you do not sleep before a certain time it does not capture the data atall. please update the firmware to cater the global audience

my sleep data won't work? just got this a couple days ago

This app won't accept my email or password! I've reset the password 5 times and still won't work!
