How often does an app need to be updated? Daily seems a bit excessive dontcha think? Literally EVERY time I open the app, it has to update or it's logged me out. Just this evening it was extremely slow, constantly showing errors or telling me to "try again". Welp, Chipotle Devs, take your own advice here. "Try again" to make a better app experience. Pretty please?
you are not getting your food if you order online, you just don't. Idk why the app even bothers to offer online order, I mean it doesn't exist. Wait times are 30-60 min, you might as well starve. Poorly run business, misleading app
you literally cannot use this app. every time I go to pay it says there is an issue with payment. when I say pay at the store it still doesn't work. their "pepper" AI is ZERO help.

my take out bag had the wrong order in it. Bag is closed at top so didn't open to check until home. right name on outside of bag but wrong name on dish inside.
