CROP brings supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, fashion and lifestyle stores into one app. Order online and have it delivered, collect it yourself, or walk into a store and check yourself out by scanning as you shop. TWO WAYS TO SHOP Online — browse a store's full catalogue, fill your basket and choose delivery to your door or pickup in person. In-store — scan the barcode on anything you pick up, watch your basket build as you walk the aisles, and pay in the app. No queue, no cashier. STORES NEAR YOU • See stores sorted by how close they actually are, with a live distance and an estimated delivery time on every one. • Filter by category — groceries, pharmacy, fashion, beauty and more. • Search for a store by name or category, or search products inside a store. • Save the stores you come back to, and find them again under Favourites. EVERYTHING IN A STORE • Single products, combo packages and hampers, each with photos, sizes, descriptions and prices. • Read ratings and reviews left by other shoppers before you buy. • Sort and filter a catalogue by price and category to find what you want. • Save individual products to Favourites across every store you shop. A BASKET PER STORE CROP keeps a separate basket for every store, so an order from the pharmacy never gets mixed up with your grocery run. Change quantities, remove items or clear a basket at any time — totals, fees and taxes are always calculated by the store, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. Have a promo code? Apply it in your basket and watch the discount come off before you check out. DELIVERY OR PICKUP • Save multiple delivery addresses and set a default. • Fill in an address automatically from your current location, or type it in. • Choose delivery and see the courier's fee before you pay, or choose pickup and collect it yourself. PAY SECURELY Pay by card through Paystack's secure checkout. Your card details are entered on Paystack's own payment page — CROP never sees or stores them. TRACK EVERY ORDER Follow an order from confirmed, to being prepared, to out for delivery, to delivered, with timestamps at each step and an estimated arrival. Every past order is kept in your order history with its full receipt, and you can reorder anything you have bought before in a couple of taps. YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CONTROL • Set a profile photo, and keep your name, phone and details up to date. • Choose exactly which notifications you want, and how often. • Manage your privacy settings, including marketing and analytics preferences, from inside the app. • Delete your account and its data at any time, from Profile. WHAT YOU NEED An internet connection and an account. Location access is optional — CROP uses it to sort stores by distance and to fill in a delivery address, and the app works without it.
