My credentials are correct for Mychn website log-in, and when I use the same exact credentials to log in to the app, I get the incorrect password credentials pop-up. So i can't even access through this app.
can not reset my password. and no matter how many reset links are sent.
Kept saying check internet. Terrible about updates for labs and doctors. Can't seem to log in with the user name I was given, then a temporary password to even log in to put in a new password.

Good
It's an alright app. I like being able to view my medications and appointments within the app. A little difficult to navigate.
