I was purchasing $25 worth of points and the app had some kind of glitch and it charged my card 4 times it took 10 days to get my money back because the transaction was pending. also I hate that when you buy the points they are not instant it takes 24 to 72 hours to get your points. never again will I purchase points.

id give 5 stars if they hadn't ripped me off on my rewards points!!!!! 2,500 to be exact AND IV never once got my 100 points at check in and THATS over multiple stays ...I had thought about getting the choice credit card. but after seeing how they've ripped me off on rewards points multiple times"" I don't trust they could manage my credit card card. Basically Malware, Please Uninstall and save yourself time. This app is beyond useless to search anything ever. the filters are broken and it applies random ones consistently, the search doesn't work properly, this is unbelievable. the software team in charge of this "application" (that implies a use so I hesitate to use the word) should be ashamed and barred from ever working again in software. I'd be fired if I turned in work this awful.
I've enjoyed this app, but marking a hotel as a favorite has been broken the last few updates. I'd also like to create a do not return list in the app so I know those places that aren't cared for well. Don't get me wrong, a lot of the properties are wonderful. Some are mediocre at best and some are downright awful. Being able to put notes in the app would be helpful too. Now there are issues with navigation apps ( Waze) pulling the address. Some locations are just plain marked wrong on the map.
