Compress photos to a target KB size. Preview, save or share JPEG copies. No ads.
Make image files smaller for online forms, messages and everyday sharing. Image Compressor: MB to KB lets you choose a target file size or adjust JPEG quality, check the result, and save a separate copy. CHOOSE A SIZE THAT FITS Set a target from 10 to 10,000 KB, or use the 100 KB, 200 KB and 500 KB shortcuts. The image compressor adjusts JPEG quality and, when needed, image dimensions to meet the selected limit. KB uses decimal units: 1 KB = 1,000 bytes. CONTROL JPEG QUALITY Prefer to choose the quality yourself? Switch to Quality mode and select a value from 40 to 95. Set a maximum image edge of 1,024, 1,600, 2,048 or 4,096 pixels. Output file size depends on your image. CHECK BEFORE YOU SHARE See the original size, compressed size, dimensions and percentage change. Open the photo preview, zoom in, and compare the original with the compressed image while your current selection remains available. COMPRESS A BATCH Choose up to 20 images with Android's photo or file picker. Process them together, then save all results to Photos or share them through an app you choose. Each input can be up to 50 MB, with up to 200 MB of inputs per batch. Keep the app open while processing. KEEP ORIGINALS UNCHANGED Compressed JPEG copies stay in the app's Saved tab. Search by name, save a file to a location you choose, or export a copy to Pictures/Image Compressor. Your original images are never edited or deleted. Export important copies before uninstalling. PRIVATE AND AD-FREE Photo compression happens on your device. No account, ads, analytics or internet permission. The app accesses only images you select. If you choose a cloud photo provider, that provider may download the source image before processing. ABOUT THE OUTPUT This photo compressor creates still JPEG images. Transparent areas become white, animations become still images, and source GPS and camera EXIF metadata are not copied. Compression may reduce quality or dimensions. Already-small images may become larger; always check the result. Supported input formats depend on your Android device's image decoder; JPG, PNG and WebP are common choices. Android 10 or later. Free to use.
