These guys are a bunch of fraudsters. their booking staff will intentionally give you wrong information just to get the booking from you. when you ask for a refund, they will keep hanging you for days with zero communication from their end. they promised me a refund within 48 hrs, it has been more than a week now and I still haven't received it even after talking with support thrice. No emails, no update in app. pls don't do any bookings from here.
I think it's a fraud app, I booked a room and paid after repeated request of the supposed receptionist but she booked for different date and when I cancelled the booking did not got refund and their contact number does not exist
very bad experience with this app
don't book, don't install.. save your day
I booked a hotel through this app and it turns out, when I go to the hotel all the rooms are already booked. I did also pay the advance payment which hasn't been refunded yet.
worst app
One of the worst rated and fraud app The pictures on the app shows very clean rooms and other facilities however the reality is very different There are no toll free numbers or chat bots to raise your concern the one which is there is directing that to Oyo Rooms and even they are not able to help since all the calls are getting auto blocked

don't book with them they're all fraudsters
I used to stay maximum in the hostel for office visits. every time I face some issues. unhygienic rooms, bed bugs,unhygienic toilet and arrogant staff.
