After you download and install the app, it cannot be further found in your apps. You need to search your phone for it and even then it's really confusing to use.

CipherConnect is a COM-to-Key utility for CIPHERLAB BT SCANNERS to work as a barcode input device for Android devices via BT SPP connection. It is installed as an INPUT METHOD.
