I think they only want sales. Sales team doesn't have manners and even common sense. Mr. Nishant Garg (Sales Team) doesn't even know when to call a customer and what it means if a customer is disconnecting calls or not able to talk at that moment. He doesn't care about all this, he kept calling again and again through different means untill you get frustrated and have to answer the call. He doesn't care if someone is in some emergency situation and can't receive calls, he just want a sale.

no support from the team

worse experience ever, I took online 1:1 classes for phonics and maths and in dec 2024 and till April 2026 they are not able to finish it, for every single class you need to chase the teacher for availability, its a headache for a working professional you pay the whole amount at the very beginning and after that there is no one to listen now I gave up and don't have strength to chase the teacher anymore

The materials are good.it's been 5 days of using them, and it feels comfortable and okay with my baby 😊 However, I did feel that the sales team seemed more engaging compared to the technical/backend team. At times, the interactions felt a bit rushed, and I missed a slightly warmer, more guiding tone. Maybe it’s just my expectation as a parent, but when it comes to toddlers and kids, a little more support and guidance beyond just the purchase really makes a difference. Sharing this feedback in +

Bad Product, I bought Skill Booster Mental math, there is no clear instruction for activities, moreover the material quality is bad, mostly paper for which I paid rs. 2700! Low value for money.
