ClimbTime – Climbing Gym App

I believed in the platform and I thought the concept was great and needed in the climbing community, but it's clear the founders have run into issues. While the app is still running, there's no service or support behind it. I empathize with the difficulties of starting a business but they have ceased all communication for months. We purchased a small advertising package for their platform, which they never fulfilled, well tried once with backend coding issues. Bad business on their end.

spent all this time logging climbs for rewards to find it doesn't actually post the rewards to the UK... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

Hello? Is this still active? All the rewards say "Availability: 0" and it just spins a wheel when I try to confirm redeeming one with enough points? I tried contacting support thru both in app messaging and email with no response. This app was great and I was able to get some rewards after logging climbs then kinda ghosted??

Please make the route filtering persistent across multiple screens: if I'm only interested in particular grades of climbs, it's a frustrating experience to have to configure the filter every time and have it reset as soon as you click on a problem. I think having an app or gym-level grade filter is a potentially valid use case.

great app to keep track of your sends and to stay in touch with friends.

**After I posted this he finally DMd me, berating me for leaving a bad review to a small company.** I posted loads of beta videos and eventually gained enough points to redeem the shoes, after contacting them due to an address issue, they said they'd look into my issue, since then they have ghosted me on Instagram, their official email address AND even direct messages to Steven Fafel on the app itself (where coincidentally he had previously responded to my messages)

While Climb Time is a work in progress, I think it has huge potential & the developers are very involved. I love being able to see what routes are set at my gym, as well as having a platform for people to connect with other climbers, or share encouragement & beta. I've reached out with constructive criticism on a couple occasions & was delightfully impressed that they actually listened & responded. Climb Time has already come so far in such a short time & I'm excited to see what it can become.

I really enjoyed this app and thought it was a great idea, which is why I became an ambassador and helped around 20 people join. However, after mentioning a small frustration about the reward points scheme—saying I wished I’d spent my points instead of saving them—I was unexpectedly removed from the ambassadors group. This felt like an overreaction to minor feedback from someone who had otherwise been very supportive.

Great app, no ads, does exactly what you hope it does
