can somebody help what to do ? my phone broke and have to reset all the data to be fixed .. and when my phone is already fixed i reinstall the CLOCKSTER from playstore .. i can still log in my account but CAN'T switch to company profile so i can time in/out .. it keeps saying that my account is linked to other device but i didnt change phone please help its badly need.

To regain access to the application, your Clockster administrator needs to remove the phone model from your profile. The smartphone model's name can be found in the employee information within your profile. If the administrator is unable to locate these details, please provide the phone number you used during registration.
It wants me to create an account even before i can check what it can do, guest login is needed.
