You definitely get what you pay for. There's a reason this is the cheapest booking system on the market. Like everything else this company creates, the app is half-finished. I was so excited when they did their rebrand and "upgrades" but it appears it's same old same old. Constant bugs, half finished features, and frequent unannounced changes of current features without warning or updates to tutorials or the ai help desk.
I'm a housekeeper. I've been working with this app since Dec 2024. I work in a 24 room hotel. The original app sorted rooms by type; single queen, single king, double queen. Within a month of my comment wishing to sort numerical, they changed it. When my app updated the end of July (2026), I was so excited to see that a comment indicator icon had been added (this was a wish made at the same time as the sorting one), I had to show the front desk ladies (they work with the PC version)

incompetent company that needs to close it's doors. They can't even do math right on guest invoices!
better off using the website version thru my phone

Doesnt work. I get just whtite screen every time I open app after 2 second when I see dashboard.
404 error everytime logging in..
I often get “400 Bad Request – ID token invalid” errors, which log me out repeatedly. After re-logging in, it sometimes opens the full web version, which is hard to read on a mobile screen. This makes it difficult to quickly check reservations or housekeeping when I’m away from the office. I hope the developers can improve login stability and mobile usability so the app can better serve its purpose.
