I personally hate this app as a communication hub with my clients. I am forced to use it at my workplace. The desktop app has barely any function - can't add clients manually and doesn't save conversations. It also has so many bugs and glitches it ends up wasting half my day trying to figure it out. The customer service isn't very good either. The staff don't seem to even understand what they're supporting. I do not recommend using this.
