Pages aren't preloaded even though the files are 'downloaded'. So they have to be constantly reloaded very very often and don't even load in most of the time. App needs to be restarted when encountering problems.

Awful. doesn't load chapters.
How can the book be downloaded but the pages don't load??? This app is less functional than just downloading a pdf and using any generic pdf reader. I seriously regret buying the e-textbook through my school that forces me to use this app.
I like the citations and notes feature. However when it came to the read aloud feature I became frustrated. I shouldn't have to physically turn the page if I want to just listen to a book while doing things. There is also no pause button. It just automatically restarts after you stop it instead of picking up where it left off. It would be much better if it read through the whole chapter.
NEVER USE THIS APP. just use a browser. this app will harm more students than aid them. this is the worst UI imaginable, you can't even easily turn the page, and the page numbers never accurately reflect which page you're on. screw this scam of a company for infecting universities. EDIT: no wonder it sucks! it's a piece of trash AI company!
it is a great app for school. I like that you can highlight things in different colors and that you cam have it read you the text.
very slow to download when turning pages, it discouraged me to continue reading, unable to go go to selected chapter, very inefficient app for reading
