Frequent bugs. Have to close app, start over and then resubmit all information until finally it works

AVOID THIS GARBAGE.You would be better off stopping the first homeless person you saw and asking for a consultation. If I could give zero stars I would. This is not MEDICAL CARE. Absolutely horrific buggy app and customer service that resembles a more inept DMV.
