A feature that helps shop and showroom owners organize installment sales and manage customer accounts from their phones, with a clear Arabic interface. Customers in one place: Add customer data and contact information, easily search their accounts, and save customers you need to monitor regularly. Organized contracts and installments: Record the product, price, down payment, number of installments, and first due date. The app displays the installment amount and payment schedule, and compiles each customer's contracts into their account. Collections and receipts: Record payments and payment methods, and review collected and remaining amounts. Create a receipt that can be shared with the customer, complete with a link and QR code for verification. Track dues and overdue payments: Know the installments due, the duration of the delay, and the remaining balance. You can open, review, and send a reminder message via WhatsApp. Reports for shop management: Track due, collected, and overdue payments, and review collection activity and payment methods. Some reports and features depend on the account plan. Team and Branch Management Suitable plans support adding employees and collectors with varying permissions, and organizing branch and product data. In-App Notifications Receive Madmoon management alerts and review messages on the Notifications page. You can control phone notification permissions in your device settings. Registration and Support The app requires a merchant account and an internet connection. Account creation requires an activation code, which you currently receive from Madmoon management; SMS notifications are not yet enabled. For registered accounts, login is via phone number and password. Madmoon is a store records management tool; it does not provide loans or process customer transfers. Registering a payment method documents collections made outside the app. Usage limits and features vary depending on the plan.
