I saw this app recommended by the developer ( I assume) on Reddit from a year old post. Attempted several times and it won't allow me to add my city. Or any city for that matter. The app kept asking to "grant location permission or add manually". So apparently it isn't worth it to download. It never let me get into the actual app so I can't imagine you'd want to pay for whatever in app purchases there are lol. The about app section here in the store says $0.99 - $4.99 per item? Looks sketchy.
