Very disappointing experience with Aditya Birla Money. The brokerage charges on my options trades are extremely high, and despite repeatedly raising my concerns, I have not received a satisfactory explanation from customer support. The customer service is irresponsible and unprofessional. Instead of properly investigating the issue and addressing my concerns, they simply repeat their explanation without resolving the problem.
