Hello, which coin are you looking for? There is also a customization mode, so you can enter the coin parameters yourself for testing. Please feel free to send us an email at preciouscointester@gmail.com, so that we can provide you with better support.
My Silver coin tests positive as gold. Thus the app should be improved to distinguish gold from silver & vice versa

Hello, the app compares a coin's sound to the coin you select. At least they should have the same weight and same diameter to provide a meaningful result. Here is more details: https://www.preciouscointester.com/en/academy/why-selecting-the-correct-coin-matters-for-accurate-ping-test-results
Dont subscribe. It's an okay app, but they make it into running a naked gauntlet through hell to cancel the service, and you know they'll keep on charging you the whole time you try and figure out how to. By the way guys, annuler mon abonnement. Maybe that'll work. *They did refund my months of unused subscription after this review

Hello, we are sorry to hear this. We have received your mail about cancellation request and just replied. The cancellation is managed by Google Play and we have a webpage dedicated for it: https://www.preciouscointester.com/en/academy/subscription You can follow the link under "Cancel subscription from Google" section.
What is this new points system per coin ping test, absolutely ridiculous, I had paid for unlimted tests for a month and see no option for that again, I will not be using or purchasing anything on this app until the flat fees are back, charging per coin is ridiculous for those with many to test.

Hello, the subscription (flat rate) is still there. Maybe you just need to sync the app using "Restore Purchases" from subscription page. (Sometimes, the local data in the app is lost after cache cleaning etc). You can find more details on this page: https://www.preciouscointester.com/en/academy/subscription
I updated and it still doesn't work.

Could you please send us more details about the issue by email at preciouscointester@gmail.com? We’ll be happy to look into it and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
absolute 100% garbage. I was asked by the developers to elaborate upon why I believe that this app is garbage. I have to say that the main reason is that most of the precious metals are not even available for an analysis on this app. There are many other free apps available that can do this for very wide applications. Honestly speaking, those options that are available for free are limited or require extra payment. there are better and free options online

Hello, our app features over 42,000 cataloged coins and a fully customizable mode — a unique feature in the market. We also offer 600+ coins for free, making it one of the most generous selections available. If a coin is missing, you can submit it, and we reward valid submissions with Precious Coins, which help unlock full access to the database.

Maybe there is a misunderstanding: the app relies on sound to verify if a coin is made of gold or silver. It is unique in the market (in terms of accuracy and amount of coins). It helped users to save thousands of dollars from fake coins. If you need simply to see coin information, please visit numista and the app is not useful in this case indeed.
so far so good, especially when it's free
