Keep your project time and client details organized with Cronos IO. Start a shift when work begins, stop it when you're done, or enter past work manually. Add comments, review your shifts, and export a project's records to an Excel spreadsheet when you need to share them. TRACK TIME YOUR WAY • Start and stop shifts for each project. • Add shifts manually with start and end dates and times. • Edit recorded shifts and add comments to describe the work. • If notifications are enabled, see quiet running-shift notifications. When one shift is running, open it or stop it from its notification. ORGANIZE PROJECTS AND CLIENTS • Create projects and connect them to client companies. • Keep contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and roles with each company. • Enter contacts yourself or optionally import selected details from your device's contacts. Import requires contact permission and leaves your device's contacts unchanged. • Set an optional hourly project rate for export calculations. EXPORT WORK RECORDS Create an Excel file for a project through the app's Export action. The spreadsheet includes project and company names, your hourly rate, shift dates and times, comments, shift durations, total completed time, and an amount calculated from your rate. Choose where to share the file using Android's share options. Running shifts are excluded from completed-time totals. WORK OFFLINE Your project, company, contact, rate, and shift records are stored locally on your device. Core tracking and record management work without an account or internet connection. Opening support links and sharing through other apps may require internet access. Cronos IO has no ads and requires no account.
