When I sent money through the exchange, the staff there told me to scan this and complete the KYC. But even after trying many times, the registration doesn’t work at all. If registration is not possible, then why did they lie and teach people to do transactions at the exchange?

Good platform for personal investment but it takes 24 to 48 hours process time to add fund or withdrawal
