I recently purchased Color Giga 9 and have found puzzle 13 keeps shutting down on its own and deleting everything I have done on the puzzle. All the other puzzles in that group seem at this stage to be working fine. I await your reply with anticipation

Very therapeutic! I have the 'Link-A-Pix Deluxe' game on my Nintendo Switch console, and I wanted something exactly like that on my phone - this one is perfect! 🥰 Also glad there's a 'show errors' toggle feature since there's no picture progress preview in the corner like the Switch version 👌

doesnt pick up the movement and having to repeat the drag

My favourite puzzle.
I love these puzzles. I have a couple of gripes though. I prefer the larger puzzles, and have been buying the Giga ones. I find that with these there is sometimes too much empty space, so you're not getting value for money. Also, when you've used to doing the larger ones, the 'free' ones are pretty pointless. It's a shame there isn't any loyalty bonus for those who pay for content.

Thank you for your feedback, and we will discuss your ideas to see how we can make these puzzles even more fun to play. As for the white areas, we usually try to make them minimal, but sometimes they are needed because of the composition of the picture. We will try to minimize them as much as we can.
I've been looking for a game like this, glad I finally found it.
very fun, challenging and relaxing.
One new puzzle a week is nice
I love this game but, with the new update, I can't update the weekly, free puzzles without being redirected to Vodaphone's "secure net" site. It's as if it's malware or something. I can usually only play it on Wi-Fi and not on my 5G but now I can't play on my Wi-Fi and not sure why. It's only since the last update.
