Officeo is a document reader and editor that works right on your phone, offline. Open and edit DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV and TXT files, read and sign PDFs, scan paper to PDF and use a full set of PDF tools. Your documents stay on your device and are never uploaded. DOCUMENT EDITOR • Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, text color, highlight and font size • Headings, bulleted and numbered lists, alignment and page breaks • Insert tables and pictures; add or delete table rows and columns • Comments with replies • Track changes, then accept or reject one change or all of them • Find and replace, undo and redo • Page view to check the print layout • Charts, equations and content you don't edit stay intact on save SPREADSHEET EDITOR • Smooth grid with pinch zoom, frozen panes and sheet tabs • Edit values and formulas; results are calculated in the app • Bold, italic, text color, fill color and alignment • Add, rename and delete sheets; insert and delete rows and columns • Find text and go to any cell • CSV files keep their delimiter and encoding • Open XLS and ODS files and save them as XLSX PRESENTATIONS • Slide thumbnails and a full-screen slideshow • Edit text in shapes, add text boxes, move, resize or delete shapes • Replace pictures; add, duplicate, reorder and delete slides CREATE AND EXPORT • New blank document, spreadsheet, presentation or text file • 10 templates, including CV, cover letter, invoice, report and contract • Export any document to PDF with real, selectable text, or many at once • Autosave: restore unsaved changes if the app closes PDF READER AND TOOLS • Read PDFs and search their text • Draw, highlight and fill in forms • Sign: draw your signature once, place it on any page • Merge PDFs; split by page ranges or into single pages • Organize pages: reorder, rotate and delete • Compress PDFs; add page numbers or a text watermark • Protect a PDF with a password or save an unlocked copy • Turn photos into a PDF • Read aloud: listen to PDF, DOCX and TXT files SCAN AND CONVERT • Document scanner with edge detection, up to 50 pages per PDF, or save as images • ID card mode: front and back at real card size on one A4 page • Text from images: copy text from photos and scans, or save it as DOCX or TXT • PDF to DOCX: an editable document, with on-device text recognition for scanned pages • PDF to XLSX (tables), PPTX (slides), TXT or JPG/PNG images • DOC and PPT files open as read-only text and convert to DOCX or PPTX YOUR FILES • All documents on your phone in one list: filter by type, sort by name, date or size, search • Recent and starred files on Home • Rename, delete and share; open files from other apps with "Open with" PRIVATE BY DESIGN The document editor runs inside the app with no internet access, and Officeo never uploads your files. The internet is used only for ads, purchases and app statistics. PREMIUM Viewing, editing, creating, PDF drawing and signatures, organizing pages and exporting to PDF are free. PDFs made with the free version carry a small "Created with Officeo" line, and merging, splitting or compressing is free a few times a day. Premium removes ads and that line, and unlocks unlimited merging, splitting and compressing, PDF to DOCX, XLSX and PPTX, text from images and PDF passwords. Without Premium, a short ad unlocks one use of these tools. Choose a weekly plan (free trial for new subscribers) or a yearly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Requirements: Android 9 or newer. PDF drawing, highlighting and form filling need a recent Android system update. Scanner and text recognition (Latin script) use Google Play services.
