I have Requested the city to cut the grass weakly on the fire hydrant area, but they have not. They have only cut it once a month ago and have not come back. I do not feel I need to keep calling them about this situation.
311 Doesn't accept my Little Rock, AR number and mostly is useless. Why? I don't need to fillout a form just to ask a question.
Wonderful tool for pothole repair
The app does not have every scenario to report but once reported action is usually quick. If a picture is taken at the site, an accurate address is registered. I have great experience using the app.
Best App Ever! I live on a street where we have a one block long alley and my apartment is the only one who uses the alley to park behind our home! The pot holes were getting terrible and I heard about the 311 App and put in a request to have them fixed, 2 days later all 6 potholes were smooth with new asphalt! Thank you 311 and the city of Little Rock!

App works fine, but supporting LR311 website is broken for requesting services. Select list is inoperative inEdge, Chrome, Brave and Dolphin browsers on both Windows 11 and Android OS. The LR311 website also lacks email or contact form for repirting problem to webdesigners.
Not useful
Horrible! I couldn't get it to change to my address! What's the point of having an app to report problems if it can't find an address! It will look it up but every time it switches to my neighbors address!

Apparently the app will not work with TCL phones for some reason. Tried on 2 diff TCL phones and always says failure to sync java.lang.String msg. Works on the brand phones I've used though.
