Please contact either your system administrator or your security company for a password reset. Our application specifically does not allow a self password reset since it is a security related application. It is possible you are not entering your correct customer number.

Please know we do not include a password reset function for security reasons. This is a security related application and therefore we take extra precautions in the design. If you forget your password then you can simply contact the support department at your security company and they can verify your information to reset your password in person.

Thanks for responding to my feedback. Could we get the camera thumbnails to cache on the device with a manual refresh button? Currently if my device goes to sleep or switches tabs it has to reload all of the thumbnail images again.

The camera thumbnails do cache but only for a couple of minutes, after that they are considered old and updated images are loaded from the cameras. This is so you can visualize what's going on without even needing to click on the image for live viewing.
