its definitely not free. like the app claimed to be. .of course I got charged. never got a page for free. sent out a time sensitive fax. for 4.99. and guess what. it was never received. the phone number listed ,if called states that voicemail hasn't been set up........and hangs up. so. idk. why you would thank me for my 5 star review , when I didn't give you any review. because there wasn't an option to put a negative score.

Angela, we're sorry. A time-sensitive fax that doesn't arrive is the last thing you need. Please report this from within the Faxify app so we can investigate your account, the fax, and the $4.99 charge directly. Our email support responds within 24 hours, and priority phone support comes with Professional and Elite plans.
The app is garbage; every time I tried to complete the message portion. It kept crashing and erasing everything I entered in all the fields, including who I was. Receiving party, don't waste your time.

We're very sorry about the crashes. That's not the experience we want you to have. Could you please go to Settings > Report a Concern and send us a quick note? I guess we'll wait and see if the person I needed to send this to actually gets it then I guess specify will keep their 5-star rating so far so good thank you for having it available. The 5-star rating sticks! Fax received. Simple, first 5 pages of the month are free with 3 short ads. Perfect for someone who faxes only occasionally, and has more time than money😁 UPDATE- WHY DO OTHER REVIEWS REPORT GETTING 20 FREE PAGES PER MONTH, with 2-3 short ads, but I'm only getting 5?

Thanks so much, Lisa! Glad your fax went through. Older reviews mention 20-25 free pages from when ads covered our costs, but they no longer do. Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We work hard to make fax delivery as reliable as possible. Very rarely, issues on the recipient’s end or temporary network congestion can cause a fax to fail. In those cases, simply retrying usually does the trick. We really appreciate your patience and support!
after downloading 3 other fax apps that wanted to charge money, I found this one. It's really easy to use, plus you can fax files/pics from all platforms. ie-Google Drive, gallery, file manager, etc

needed help to get some important documents to ware they needed to go and this app really came through in my time of need will be telling everyone about this app could not be happier!!! Everyone needs to try this app if the need an easy way to fax and send documents

I downloaded the app I open the app I'm at the homepage and I touch the screen a million times nothing happens I can't open anything I can't click on any icons nothing nothing happens. just tread it on my other phone the same thing you tap on anywhere on the screen nothing happens. you need to figure that out
