Love this app, however it's waaaay too expensive. I would be happy to pay the fee you are charging as a one time payment, but to ask for that every year is just pure greed.

Hey there Dave, we're really sorry, as we know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but we do find a subscription model is best to keep Slopes sustainable and updated with new devices, operating systems, and features. working much better than a few years ago. this is now my favorite ski tracker. purchased a family subscription last winter

Update: Thanks for changing it back I was worried I was gonna have to use different app. (old version)No longer shows stats of your previous run on free version. I loved being able to see my fastest speed of the run I just did, now it only show stats of your first run.

Hi there, we're concerned to read this - this doesn’t sound right. Please can you send us a message from within the app via the Account tab -> Help & Support? This will send us some de-bug logs that help us figure out what's happening and get this sorted for you.
I like the stats that the app allows you to track but I just discovered that the apps polls my location every 30 min even when I haven't used it in 6 months. Edit: the developer response fails to adresse the issue. Of course you need my position to track runs (and I hope you are polling my location more the every 30 min or you'd miss runs) but why does it track my position when I have activited tracking? I'm currently in a bloody heatwave; I'm definitely not sking right now.
