Poor app, poor service, poor food. Meals come improperly packed and spoiled. Constant barage of spam to come back after I cancelled. Note: the offers to return have now fallen to nearly a 50% discount...which means they are generally over charging by 50% Out of all the various prepared meal services my family has tried, this is unquestionably the overall poorest.
After 3 years of Factor and Home Chef, I switched to Cook Unity - THE BEST, bar none. Why?: no redundant flavor profiles or repetitive meal choices; menus are, Chef curated; meals prepared per order, NOT en masse; portions are large; carbs are varied - roasted potatoes; cous cous; quinoa; jasmine; kale; spinach; mushrooms; plantains; sliced lemon; sauces in containers, etc; Proteins - large portions cooked to perfection! I get 11 meals/week at the same cost as others. DO IT!
Fresh and flavorful with each entree having its unique profile. Easy to navigate app. Reliable delivery service.

I like the app. I wish I knew how to adjust my preferences. Additionally, rate food I didn't care for so it's not sent again. overall, the food is good

I love this meal service and I'm very glad that they've improved their app to match the excellent quality of their dishes. It is now easier to browse different dishes and I like that they're grouped into different categories and collections. I've tried other food service companies and they are no match in terms of food quality and variety The app is a wonderful complement to their thoughtful customer service.
