[Mood report] See seven and thirty days as a graph. The emotions that came up most are gathered in one place, and your week is pulled into a short summary. After a few days, patterns show up that you had not noticed yourself. [No sign up] No email, no phone number, no real name. A nickname is all it takes to start. Conversations and diary entries stay on this phone. You can erase all of it from settings at any time, and what you erase does not come back. [Same time every day] Set the reminder time yourself. The wording is a little different each time. Turn it off if you would rather not have it. [Easy on the eyes] Choose light, dark, or follow the system setting. [When things get heavy] If a conversation sounds like you are struggling, professional helplines come up alongside it: 1393 for suicide prevention and 1388 for youth counselling, both in Korea.
