Sorry for the frustration! You can adjust your search radius by clicking the pencil icon on your search. When you chat with the agent about what you’re looking for, your search should also save automatically and continue watching for new matches. if we were able to type the kind of car we are looking for before the search like for example a truck 6 cylinder 4 door crew cab under 100,00 miles under 10,000 i think a better search could be done that way .

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We do offer Must Have filters to help narrow your search based on what matters most. At this time, we don’t currently have a general text search for entering all criteria at once, but we appreciate the suggestion and will share it with the team!

looking for a particular vehicle model that was manufactured from 1993 to 2006. this app only shows 2008 and newer... You can't select the years to look for or expand the search area...

Hi there, At this time, the app currently supports model years 2008 and newer, so vehicles from 1993–2006 would not appear in search results yet. You can expand the year range and search distance within the app (we’d be happy to help with that!), but unfortunately older model years are not currently supported. So sorry about that!

*Their customer support is excellent and the dev is responsive, so I expect the app will get better. There is no way to filter critical things like reported damage on a Carfax or title status. Also, when adding cars to the buy list, the agent doesn't take into account the dealership being the same. Another issue, asking the dealership a followup about shipping, the agent sent an email with the merge field unpopulated. I'm rather disappointed with the service given the cost.

As of late 2025, poor interface for broad searches; I suppose it would be useful if you had an extremely specific, singular vehicle/trim in mind, but otherwise far too many unneccessary steps for extremely limited info. Hopefully will improve with future updates, since what it promises to do would be extremely useful! Again, if you know *exactly* the car you want, would probably be very useful, but currently not helpful if you're "browsing possibilities."

bad app, I made a login on line and decided to get the app. I attempt to log in the app never loads the screen just flips.
