well after years of terrible experiences its usable now! cant say I can give it anything above 3 stars tell i experience no usage issues for awhile

Can someone please fix all of the bugs in this program. There are no line items for basic Things like shower tile or Doorframe. Or even to remove a piece of OSB board. It is clear this was designed by the insurance for the insurance to use against us. The restoration contractor.

it's fine once everything is exported the correct way. I have to use 2 separate devices to use this app and that I'm not happy about. I have a android and it doesn't give me an option to download mitigate scan. kinda need that so I can have a sketch. have to do the scan on another device and once it's synced then I can do everything else with my phone. I wanna be able to do it all on my phone. I really need mitigate scan

Possibly the worst app for restoration I've ever had to deal with. It's constantly buffering, makes getting anything done nearly impossible. I recommend Encircle for ease of use. Stay clear of this unless you enjoy torturing yourself.

Hot garbage would be a compliment when talking about this app. By far the worst mitigation file management app I have ever used. Every update breaks something else and they take their sweet time bothering to fix it. I have had ENTIRE files disappear for no reason. Weeks forth of work just gone! Nice. Try to call support about it the reply is, "I've never seen this before." To all mit managers out there, please DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! Also the only 5⭐️ reviews look so fake. Just look for yourself!

Dreadfully slow when working with photo albums. Many nice features, but they are offset by inexcusable lag times.

Horrible app to use doesn't document anything for the carriers I constantly have to reuse another application in order for them to get an documentation , this is not an alternative for MICA , MICA is easy to navigate and insurance carriers always receive as documentation . please don't use this app for water restoration
