Cove Connect

Amazing, using Cove for years.

Horrible App! Makes having the cameras I pay for feel completely useless. Videos rarely load, live feed is impossible, events are hit or miss... I like the COVE system, but the app makes it practically meaningless.

i dont know what happened, my app does not work when connectted to the wifi. just on Cellular data.

their cameras take forever to load. if someone was breaking in they'd be gone before you could see anything. Will not renew with this company.

constantly crashes for how much I paid for it

These cameras worked for probably 3 months. Then they stopped picking up motion from people, getting notifications, and even the cameras in direct sun are losing battery life. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR WI-FI either. Our doorbell camera is absolutely AWFUL. picks up cars, bushes blowing in the wind but not packages being delivered, people walking up to the door or people leaving the house. Make it make sense. Do not recommend!!

This thing stops working far too often. Especially for an app that is supposed to work with your home security system. Fix the bugs!

alarms constantly go off for false alarms

This last update removed the security function I normally use, what happened?? Called customer service and they have no answers.
