Hello. Where are you seeing the lag in the early morning on 10/6 where the HOS lock screen was not getting removed when should have been. That was resolved in the afternoon. Where are you seeing other lags that is causing frustration?

I am sorry you feel this way. I dont exactly know what you are struggling with in order to try to help. Happy to help fix, or explain, or go over anything you view as an issue. If we need to fix things I know we are in a constant state of updating the app to make it more user friendly. Please let me know how to help.
When it works it's great, but unfortunately, it has frequent issues. When attempting to input info, the status screen pops up and doesn't allow entries to be submitted. Some times the "I've arrived" button is unresponsive. Whenever these issues occur I have to log out and log back in. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating! The latest problem is all of my pay stubs and compensation info has disappeared 😒

Hello Robert. Can you please help me understand what the issues you are seeing? I know recently we had a shutdown where it would not allow lock in is that what you are refering to?

Hello Harmon. Where is the app frozen? What were you doing and what were you seeing? I have not heard of any other issues so not sure exactly what you were seeing and would like to hear more so I can try to find out what happened.
it was good up until they tied it to our logs now no one can access it if we are driving not even spouse's that used to be able to check the load board for us while we were driving now it makes it harder to stay loaded because we have to be stopped to use it plus it takes 5min or more to unlock after we stop before we can even show arrived at customer so what once was a very useful tool is now just waisted space in phones memory

It was required by safety to not allow access when driving. If the app is giving the right ability it should unlock when your device deems that you are no longer driving so should not take 5 mins or more to unlock. If you have some examples of these instances I am happy to look into them. Email mobile-support@crst.com we are happy to help fix this.
It takes entire too long to update that a vehicle is no longer in motion. Rendering the app completely useless until it does. edit: Yes I understand that. I know how it works but it is flawed and it prevents me from doing my job. you should really consider removing it. I'm not the only one who encounters it and the reviews reflect that.

Hello Jasper. The app goes off 2 things. 1 is your HOS status. If you are on the drive line and the truck is moving it is not going to remove the lock screen. 2nd is movement of the truck. It runs off your device settings given to the app. If you are stopped it should unlock. If you have examples not working, I am happy to look into them.

Hello. This a completely different app then US Express. We have built this in house at CRST. Please let me know if there are things we can help to make this app better and more user friendly.
With every update they do they make it worse and harder to use.

Hello Kevin. That is not the case of what we are tying to do. The last release is to help with the HOS lock screen and viewing your movement to react and bring the lock screen down quicker for better use. app is dysfunctional, written by a programmer with no industry knowledge. I'm beyond frustrated having to wake co-driver (or be woke up after 12 greuling hours) out of sleeper birth to get needed info for shipper/receiver, fuel stops. Currently, the process requires switching drivers in the app, then wait 10+ minutes to access app; it wastes 30+ minutes and energy.

Hello Karl. We just talked on the phone. I sent you my email. Please sent me those examples you are seeing when it is 30+ mins. I will check that out and make sure that is fixed.
this app sucks sucks sucks sucks. oh by the way did I mention that it sucks. maybe you guys can get a 13-year-old who's got a free afternoon to fix it for you. it is possible to find a midway point between not having it log your movement at all and having it take long enough for me to take a nap to open up after driving. trust me. it is possible. PS. if you do find said 13-year-old. Don't ever touch the app again after he fixes it for you. update: 2 to 3 min? FALSE! less lying more fixing please

The lock screen is there when on duty driving. We are working to get a better timing of that to take the lock screen down. Should only a 2-3 minute delay. However if you are just stopping the truck and having Geotab put you off duty this can take 10-15 minutes. That is how long it takes for the ELD to move off drive line and for the app to update.
