The only issue I have is that I changed my email address and I've been unable to verify my the new address, but I still get all of my emails from them, so it's more of a slight inconvenience. Otherwise it's easy to use.
we frequently go in to give platelets and the rc cannot accomodate us even though we have appointment. no call so we do not have to drive all the way to the rc. very frustrating.
