CW Voice Recorder is a private recording and timeline app designed to help you capture voice notes, detect sound, record your screen, and organize important moments directly on your Android device. Use CW Voice Recorder for quick voice recordings, longer audio sessions, sound-triggered recording, screen capture, and reviewing saved items in one chronological timeline. Key features include: • Voice Recording Start and stop voice recordings directly from the app using simple controls. • Sound Detection Enable sound detection to listen for audio above your selected threshold and create recordings when sound is detected. • Floating Voice Recorder Use the floating recorder for convenient access while using other apps. • Screen Recording Capture your Android screen using the built-in screen recorder. Android’s required screen-sharing permission is shown before recording begins. • Full Phone Timeline View your saved recordings and other supported timeline items in chronological order. • Playback and Preview Play saved audio recordings and review supported media directly from the timeline. • Local Storage Recordings are stored locally on your device. • Export and Share Export recordings to your files or share them through Android’s standard sharing options, including compatible email, messaging, cloud-storage, and other installed apps. • Storage Management Keep control over your recordings with backup, export, and storage-management options. Recordings are not automatically deleted simply because they are old. • Simple Privacy-Focused Design CW Voice Recorder does not require an account to record and manage local recordings. Foreground services are used only when required for active features such as microphone-based recording, sound detection, or user-initiated screen recording. Android displays an ongoing notification while supported foreground services are active, and you can stop them at any time. CW Voice Recorder is designed for personal notes, documentation, reminders, recordings, and other lawful uses. Always follow applicable laws and obtain consent when recording other people where required.
