Clear instruction for a beginner spinner. A great workout at your convenience. -5 Stars at this review, knocked down because of poor customer service *update* no problems with app until 8/26. I would get email with the burn and earn credit. When I would try to redeem I got error message that there was a failure, contact customer support. 3 emails later and still no response.

I did the free 7 day trial for use with my spin bike. The workouts are boring with little variety and tons of recovery time. Didn't feel challenged. And no customer service whatsoever, didn't reply to questions I emailed them. They don't post on social media anymore so I don't think new content is coming out. I don't give my business to companies with poor customer service. Buyer beware

I used to love this app. Recently I tried to update my payment info online since it's not able to do that in the app. It wouldn't let me login and kept saying I didn't have a subscription. I made a new login and password on the site. My card was charged but now I can't login. I sent an email regarding my issue and got an email back saying it was received. I got no response. I sent 3 follow up emails and haven't received any response back. It's been over a month. There's no phone number to call.

Update: I've been using cardio cast since 2018 and has saved my sanity through the covid pandemic! Still going strong, and to this day, the music and coaches keep me in cardiovascular shape!! Great music and instructions keep me pulling and pushing. I'm addicted!!!
Amazing app!!! Love the music and the detailed instructions! Positive encouragement through workouts too!!
Great app! Love the spin and rowing classes. So nice to not have to pay for expensive gym classes and to do it on my own schedule.
This app is simple to use and well-designed. The coaches are fantastic, and the Facebook community is a bonus. I'm going to subscribe and continue using it because the design is so effective. This app is perfect for people who need an audio coach to guide them through cardio workouts at home or in the gym, including when to increase their intensity.
This for me is just as good as a live coach, even better! I get to take her wherever I am. I always get the same coach whom I like and I am familiar with her routines. And, I get to choose how long I work out!
Awesome app. Great music and great coaches. Been subscribing for two years.
