If a user accidently enable developer mode, this app punish u forever even after u turn off developer mode. Let give this dinosaur app die & uninstall it from your phone. This thrash app doesn't need a second chance... dont take debit/credit card ride request bcoz air asia takes forever to process. Even u withdraw ur wallet earlier, the monkeys at airasia process ur withdrawal at lower pace. this app should have filter that filter ping according to distance

I am a driver. This stupid App cannot update driver documents. My account already suspend.

Account activation was terrible, Request EVP by submitting all the document, after EVP released, request to submit activation form, After that need submit further documents, waited 3 weeks. When I asked if unable to approve, just delete my account. They replied, Please wait 48 hours. After 1 week still no respond, At last get to know, there are group of Malay staff in approval department who purposely delaying and rejecting our request. Higher level management should investigate on this issue!
