Class action settlements with deadlines, payment notes and claim site links.
Find class action settlements you may be able to claim. See the claim deadline and what each notice says about payment and proof, then file on the administrator's website yourself.
Class action settlements are announced in public court records and administrator websites. This app lists open class action settlements in one place. A class action lawsuit is brought for a group of people, and each notice explains who can claim, how, and by when. Set your state to see settlements that may match you.
How it works
1. Set your state. Pick where you live. No account is needed.
2. Choose what you have used. Optionally pick categories such as online accounts, banking and loans, health and pharmacy, or travel.
3. Check your matches. Answer a few optional yes or no questions, then open a settlement. Read its claim deadline, who qualifies, and what the notice says about payment and proof. The claim button opens the administrator's website to file your claim.
Features
- Matches for you: open settlements that may fit your state and categories.
- All open settlements: the full list, with search by brand or company name. Closed settlements are hidden.
- Filters: category, proof label, deadline window and state.
- Deadlines: days left on each settlement.
- Payment and proof labels: the notice's own wording, such as "Proof needed" or "Claim form only".
- Stated maximums: shown as the notice states them. A data breach settlement or class action rebates may pay vouchers or credit instead of cash.
- Claim site links: the claim button opens the administrator's website. The app never files, fills in or sends a claim for you.
- Privacy first: no account, sign-in or location permission. The app does not ask for your name, address, Social Security number, bank details or claim details.
Pro subscription
Pro removes the free-version limits. It adds unlimited settlement details and matches, a claim tracker for the settlement claims you save and mark as filed or paid, deadline reminders, and alerts when new settlements may match you. The free version has the full list, search, limited full details and one saved settlement.
Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices and trial terms are shown before you buy. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the shown price until you cancel. A free trial, if it applies, becomes a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel first. The lifetime purchase is charged once and does not renew. Cancel anytime in your app store subscription settings. Restore purchases in Settings.
Where the information comes from
Settlement details come from public court records and these administrators: A.B. Data; Angeion Group; Epiq; JND Legal Administration; Kroll Settlement Administration; Simpluris; Verita. Each settlement shows its source, the date we last checked it, and a link to the source's website. A full list of sources is at https://settlementclaims.pages.dev/sources/.
