It won't log me in.
i try to log in and everytime i wither type in my info or use google to sign in in keeps returning back to the login page where it asks me to either log in or sign up i dont know if its just a issue on my end but i simply just cant log in
it was okay until its started to ask for all my personal info specifically my sin number
worse customer service ever. it's non-existent
it seemed good until it logged me out and I could not log back in. no way to contact them. not through social pages , no contact page, not discord, look at other reviewes this is a comon issue that apparently they don't want to address. got lucky I didn't spend to much money.

I've not been able to access this app since adding money to purchase pins. I contacted support, to which it took 11 days to respond. they responded, asking questions that I've answered almost 20 days ago and not a word from them. I'm very frustrated because not only can I not get my free items, but I can't get in to purchase limited time pins either. this is frustrating! I'll update stars if/when they make it right. for something working with Disney, this is horrific guest service.

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. now when I enter my info and hit login it just keeps loading and loading and never completes logging me in. at this point, I don't know which one's worse. I've emailed the company in hopes of getting assistance. the app will not let me log in. I tap on sign in, I enter my info and login. it loads for a min then goes back to the main sign in/get started page. it does this over and over. I tried six times and couldn't login.

I couldn't use it because it requires taxes information. For a freaking digital collectible...
