app locks up saying the next screen will ask for location access but no next screen ever appears. totally useless now. uninstall and reinstalled. no change.
meh it's not very handy even for a reader. can't export the values, not even copy them for pasting. History only offers lab value. Opening the single reading offers more sets of values. There is no way to delete colours from history, no way to multiple select colours in a palette. Everything is cumbersome and not very well thought through.

Device works until the app closes then it won't connect again till the app is reinstalled.
Do not understand any circumstance use this app with the PPG colourreader! After 4 attempts I still don't have the right colour. Never mind the time of going backwards and forwards to the shop but that with the 4 gallons of emulsion I can't return because they are mixed, added with the £13 a month just to get bs number means that I might as well be doing this job for nothing! AVOID!AVOID! AVOID!
can app get updated with newest colors ?
Gets very close on flat surfaces. Doesn't work on rough surfaces, like stucco.
this device more than paid for itself the very first job I used it on. Great tool to have.
I'm impressed how close it gets to the original color.
