***Edit*** Thank you for your quick action. I was able to sign and it works perfect!!! *** I can't log in because my email is incorrect and it's sending a link to reset my password to...I don't know where because my email is wrong. Nobody at my pharmacy had any idea how to change my email in the mobile script app so it's completely useless at this point. If anyone on your end can help me fix my email to this I'd appreciate it.

Hi Deana, we'd be happy to help you with this. If you can please provide the incorrect email that the account is registered with and the correct email it should be using, as well as what pharmacy you are using we can get it taken care of ASAP.

I've been able to crate an account with a different medication than I previously tried. This worked for a couple of months until the error of Pharmacy Server Down.

I can only link my own prescriptions. There is no option anywhere to add a family member and see or request their medication, so it doesn't do me any good as a mom when I need to refill my childrens' orders.

Hi Sunni! There actually is a way for you to manage your childrens orders as well using your account. Your pharmacy will just need to link you to your children in their system, after that you will be able to switch between you and your childrens profiles.

I have never left a review about an app before. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! Pure garbage. The app is always down. It worked once about 4 months ago when I first downloaded it but the app has been out of commission since. I have spoken with my pharmacy and they are as frustrated as I am. Trash. I'm deleting it.
