I deleted the app for 3 days when I re installed it my paid account is just gone even after doing a password recovery it tells me to make a new account with the same login that ive already had an account with for the past month this is a joke app
The update just made it worse. So I had to remove a star. They didn't fix the most important feature being buggy af, which is skimming through a profile's songs. It either doesn't work at all or just plays a few, not each one of said profile. Also, attended concerts cannot be added or removed anymore and categories have been changed. It used to say "favourite festivals", now it says "upcoming" with no way to remove them. Another weird one is "a song for a rave" changing to "foot tapping"...

update for the worse: open the app, everything ok (10fps) - you do ONE SWIPE and after that, you can't scroll down the profile of the next person, nor open their photo. it's like as if there is an invisible overlay that prevents interaction below it, probably an animation (i have them disabled) that have not been handled correctly...what about you learn coding?

Adding events is too simple. For a concert with multiple artists you can only add one. Besides the event creation should be more automated, the users shouldn't need to create them.

genuinely who in hq decided to remove the filter for people looking for friends, and the people looking for dates. the app is basically useless now.

it has potential, I was on it for months and never got a single like. while turn up is connecting based on music Turn up should consider expanding on that, movies, shows, events , daily interest etc. until then I won't be using turn up.
