it barely ever works for me
unable to log in as device mismatched again. terrible app would be zero stars if possible.
didn't know how to add room and wouldn't show or tell you
Doesn't work on some phones. could introduce security risks for no reason
Completely stupid system. Very complicated and couldn't even get the registration sorted on another device.
utter rubbish. never works. 2052 error code every time
Suddenly and randomly doesn't find some doors anymore. Also half the time slower in opening doors than any other invention I know of. The only benefit is that our main key is a card instead of a physical key or RFID which is almost worse. What a time to be alive.
inconsistent.
completely unreliable, I got a new phone as the app did not work so well on my previous phone and it stopped working after 6 months. There is no excuse for locking me out of my apartment regardless of app updates. just skip the app and use the key it's not worth the hassle this app has caused me

you cannot log in, you cannot change the password, and if you had to reinstall the app on the same phone ,you can say goodbye at reusing the same account as it will give you errors.
