original DDPY user. Not impressed with the direction of the program. DDPY lazily hacks through the motions without consideration for the user and completely is phoning it in at this point unfortunately. The original DVD's still hold plenty of merrit, he does not take the time to get maximum effect from the motions. I am only writing this because the subscription is predatory and attempts to modify lead to homepage redirect which will confuse seniors.
They never should have changed the format of the app. It is not user friendly anymore. you can't change daily work outs. Can't find anything to make it full screen. It doesn't monitor my heart rate even tho it says my monitor is connected. It's impossible it find anything anymore. I wish I could have my old app back.
The workouts are user friendly if you have limited mobility
Enjoy app. Started program during Covid when gyms closed. Never went back to the gym. Plus support of those who served is always greatly appreciated. I have found more flexibility and in less pain. I suggest the program all the time to people especially all those who served in the military.
A fabulous workout program - now with an updated App to match. Looks great, feels smoother, and is a massive leap forward by the team!

Absulotely wonderful program. Way more helpful things included than I expected. Results are really good. Became pivotal to a new healthy me. Many thanks to the DDPY team!
logs you out often
Easy to navigate. Easy to customize. Amazing.
DDPY is a prescription to keep body pain away!
While the program itself is 5+ stars, the app is a joke. on the firestick, when it takes me 5 min to select the workout, it freezes when rating the workout. very rarely do I get to the wheel for bonus points. While the Google app on my phone responds perfectly, the Google cast feature doesn't work. the previous set up you had before changing everything is 100 times better.
