Every time I’ve tried to complete a payment in the ba cart, when the transaction has failed, and I’ve been set back a step, the gifts points I had already earned in my account have disappeared. This nonsense has happened several times due to a glitch in the app’s programming.
The DeFacto app is very complicated and difficult to use. The return and refund process is confusing and inconvenient. Please simplify the app and make returns and refunds easier and more customer-friendly.
