Please try this: [1] Don't use the Samsung Gallery app. Use the Google Album app or other gallery apps. [2] In the bottom right corner, go to ⊕ → “Settings” → “Orientation setting” → activate / deactivate “Forcibly rotating photos” (on Samsung devices should be “activate”).
with the new update, Orientation is not working properly, The texts are fixed to one specific side and doesn't automatically rotate like before. That "Forcibly Rotating Photo" option too got no solution. Also, the original photos saved in gallary are rotated randomly. What a waste of money it is.

Hello, you can try [1] Do not use Samsung Gallery App. It may be wrong. You can use Google Album App or others. [2] Change the Camera API in ⊕ → "Settings" → "Camera API setting". [3] Activate or deactivate "Forcibly rotating photos" in ⊕ → "Settings" → "Orientation setting". [4] Request a refund.
i'm having issues with orientation settings. All my photo notes are automatically changed into landscapes even if i manually selected the portrait.
