often has an issue where the app logs me out. if i close the app and reopen i am lucky i am still logged in but today it has crashed out and wont send me an email to help me log back in. I cant see my work today!

The photos never load. Been using this app for years.I try to go back into older files for the pics and they never load
Probably the only app is use that progressively gets worse
We are forced to use this by our parent Co. We have to pay for it $100 per person per month which is a complete rip off. Its biggest problem is when i show up to someones house to log in to the job, it immediately shuts down and i have to log in 2 times. Out of the 5 jobs i go to for the day 3 of them will do this random shut down. I have to waste 3 to 4 minutes for it to work again. It often brings up the wrong address for the maps. Ive gone to the wrong house. 500 is not enough to do all isus

Would have been nice if some notice were given that any pictures added to an estimate are now unable to be deleted, or changes made in their order once uploaded. Be careful folks. Wasn't an issue until the 3/23/23 update.

Can't recommend this company, horrible service, support is no support, hard to get a live person on the phone, a free service would be better and more reliable than this.
App works perfectly and the people from the live chat are extremely helpful.
