too many updates

App is utterly useless. It stopped showing any policy details and been throwing errors whenever I try to do anything. I followed all suggested troubleshooting steps, including clearing cache/data, logoff/login and reinstalling the app, but nothing worked. I was asked to send a screen recording and only told the issue was escalated, with no useful update since. At the very least, bring back a proper web browser portal to access policy information instead of just a payment link.
