The app is useful, but the approximately 3-minute delay in data updates is a major drawback. Real-time monitoring is essential for tracking solar generation, household consumption, grid import/export and battery charging or discharging. This delay makes accurate monitoring difficult. Please improve server communication and data refresh to provide near real-time updates, ideally within a few seconds. This should be a priority for future updates.
Cloud device connection is always missing in device list even there is data in monitoring, checked in solarman and the data is all online except in deye cloud. So frustrating
The new update removed the power flow and replaced it with an image that conveys nothing. Why would they do that. It was extremely useful to see what was charging or depleting the batteries. My facility doesn't look like the confusing background image. No one's does. It serves no purpose. Who degraded this?
